Too much oil, very little tofu, and very little vegetables! Not as delicious as before! I still feel too greasy after eating less than half!
Always tasty
The Thai used to be delicious. Very tasty in fact. You have the feeling the chef has changed. A red curry with duck costs € 12-13 and only has red sauce and three small pieces of duck. That is a cheek, which the staff underlines with their unfriendliness. You can eat here but you don't have to. It's a shame we've been going here for years, but that was the last time.
one of the best Thai takeaways in Munich. The food is authentic and very tasty.
From my point of view the best and most authentic Thai in all of Munich. Maybe not the friendly staff, but I can ignore the quality!
I don't recommend this place. The food smelled weird and was really plain in taste. Was extremely dissapointed because I love Thai food. :(
This food was the worst in my life. The noodle is in the oil swam. I only had 3 prawns in the whole pad tai. The egg was fry up. And I couldn't find any nuts in my dish. I have felt the nausea all evening.
We quickly picked up two dishes and a soup in the evening. Apart from the waiting time (20 minutes) everything was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the food was incredibly tasty and authentic! A small, fine Thai cuisine that offers a lot from soup to specialty dishes.
In my opinion the most authentic and delicious Thai ever. Everything is made fresh and without glutamate :) I am addicted to Manam and have been going there regularly for 5 years. Unfortunately only to go due to Corona. Looking forward to eating there again!
I walk past this shop every day and have always wondered why it smells so bad. Strangely, despite the stench, a lot of people are lining up. Today I finally decided to buy something from the store, I thought to myself: "ok Thai then the curry will taste good". On the contrary, absolutely disgusting. Worst curry I've ever eaten in my life! On top of that: the staff member was unfriendly, the food is incredibly overpriced and the portions are only very small.
The snack is small. The food is great. But the prices are not snack-like.
Very good authentic Thai food! Love it 🌹
This supposedly authentic Thai snack is vastly overrated. I've already got something a couple of times. Much too expensive for portions that are too small. The chicken tastes old and bland, the shrimp are fishy. Never again!
This is a street food type of place, literally at this point, due to COVID - you order through a small window and come back in 15 minutes or so to pick it up. The place doesn’t look too good, it’s not very noticeable, but the food is fresh and authentic. The level of spice can be adjusted to your liking and the cooks and servers are very nice. It’s not very expensive either - ca. 9€ for a main dish. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you are staying at one of the hotels in the area, and don’t feel like dining out at a sit-down restaurant.
Great little Thai place with excellent Thai authentic food
The chicken pad si ew is really really good! They make their own fresh noodles for this dish. The pad Thai I agree with some other reviews, tastes a bit plain. But we really love the chicken pad si ew so tasty!!!! 9 euros per dish. Service is really nice!
Usually the food here is pretty good, but the cooks don't seem to feel like it today. In the papaya salad, the papaya is cut into VERY coarse strips and the garlic clove was simply thrown into the whole piece. It was made loveless and didn't taste good
Very authentic - loved it!
Pad see ew, tasted delicious.
Delicious food! My friends and I are regulars. A delicacy every time. I would recommend the house specialties, especially the number 12 with crispy duck is the best on the menu. Delicious curry, good spiciness, crispy duck and sweet pineapple to top it off! Good Appetite ;)
I ordered Pad Thai. It tastes really plain in comparison to the one I had in Bangkok. They even forgot to put peanuts inside. Not authentic Not Great.
Got takeout pad thai here and it was very good if not spectacular. The location is on a busy street, so as other recommended, take a walk to the Isar to eat (15 minute walk).
We have known the shop for over 10 years. Back then an insider tip! For us, it is always a culinary insight into Thai cuisine. If you really want to eat authentic Thai food, this is the place for you! Best store!
The place has been closed several months, probably for renovation. There is no note about when and if it will open again.
The best and most delicious food ever ! Would suggest without doubt!
Small and shady, but the food is excellent!!
Best place for original Thai food in town.
best Thai
Authentic and tasty Vietnamese food at a reasonable price
Best Thai food in Munich
Phad-Thai here is very tasty!! I recommend it. The price is ok. 10€ with 5 shrimps. Love that! There are not much tables and seats inside, and I prefer to sit outdoor. Good weather with good food indeed. Recommend!!
To be honest I didn't get a chance to try the food but wanted to write a review to combat the angry Vegan people. Sometimes restaurants can't accommodate vegan meals. You can ask about accommodations and if they can't, you move on. Not all restaurants have to change their authenticity to accommodate your needs. Most Asian cuisines are not vegan but I'm sure some places try to cater towards that. So don't get mad when a place says it's not authentic because truth is it's not. Thanks!
One of the best Thai places in the city. Great quality for affordable prices.
This place has authentic Thai food. The restaurant/ kitchen is small and its nice to sit outside in the summer. The inside also has seats and tables but after dining inside your clothes will smell like a Thai restaurant. Its good for take out or siting outside. There are also a lot of asian markets next door if you want to make Thai food yourself its the best place to buy ingredients next door. The homemade noodles are delicious and nice and spicy. Definitely recommend this place for a taste of Thailand.
Small space, budget friendly, tasty thai food. Never disappoints.
Excellent
Authentic great Thai food! Small but absolutely nice!
Super delicious with reasonable prices
Delicious and authentic Thai food. This was the first Thai restaurant in Germany where the food really tastes like in Thailand.
Tasty, authentic Thai food freshly cooked on the spot but space is very limited and communication sometimes difficult.
Best kept thai secret in town ! Excellent pad Thai !! Hole in the wall, tiny place can get crowded !
Was craving for some hot Asian food and found this amazing place! The restaurant was so full with people even though I got there quite early (like 18:15), and it got more customers when I was eating! This stir fried noodles were delicious but the noodles were slightly too soft and a tiny bit too oily. However I still liked it so much because the flavour was great and there were different veggies such as broccoli, carrot, onions, mushrooms etc!
Exceptionally awesome food :-)
Guiw Teoy Ped 27 Pad Thai 16 Panang Curry 3 20, 31, 33
Simply delicious! It's a very small place with four tables which fit 2-3 people.
No words...
Very authentic Thai snack bar, the store is very small, very like a food stall, the taste is very good, stir-fry and pot, very delicious. No rest day. Next to Huaxing Supermarket.
Authentic Thai u can find in Munich. Bigger space would help as the queue is getting longer.
Amazing food and is worth checking out. It is a pretty small place, so you might have to take it to go.
Best Pad thai in München. Small place with authentic food. waiting times can be long during the peak hours thought .
